Hello I am a mother, a daughter, a sister, aunt, grandmother, wife and most of all a loyal friend. I love teaching Zumba. I recently incorporated a hybrid class of Zumba and chair exercise. This assist people who may have knee or back issues.

I support encourage and participate in anything that promotes health and wellness.
